The offices of the Malta Racing Club date back to 1868, since the start of horse racing in Malta. The Offices are closed during racing to the general public but are open during office hours nearly all year round

A day or evening at the track is just plain fun. But it also offers you an opportunity to win ... 8 times or more each program. There are plenty of betting and cashing windows. And closed circuit monitors, located within the Tote, project pre race odds and show the actual running of the races.

Bet and enjoy the traditional fixed odds betting, negotiate your bet with different bookmaker stalls; it is a thrill on its own!!

The paddock area is the preparation place for warming up and warming down your horse before and after racing. It also includes the drivers/jockey room were they meet during the racing meeting to prepare for the day’s racing.

If you drive to the Marsa Hippodrome, you'll find plenty of parking spaces, reasonably priced, in our large, lighted lot. You'll be just steps from the gate.
Bus service operates from Vallette Bus Terminus via Bus numbers 88, 89, 90 or 91.

The track is 1000m per lap, with the two most popular racing distances being the 2140m and the 2640m. Racing over 3140 and 1640 is also run for trotters. Thoroughbred racing distance varies between 1250m and 2750m.
